If you're looking for a fun-filled day, join us for the Gems and Genetics auction on Saturday the 12th and our Pen Sale on Sunday the 13th, 2009.
Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge educational seminars to enrich breeder knowledge while offering prizes, games and a music-filled social event on Saturday evening that will warm your hearts and relax your spirit.
On Saturday the 12th, our day will begin with exceptional educational programs offered by Veterinarian, Dr. Renzo Morante from the "Pacomarca" farm of Groupo Inca in Peru.
Fiber Judge, Winnie Labrecque will also be on hand presenting educational programs on fiber skirting and "behind the curtain" information on what the judge is looking for at a fiber show.
At 2pm, the Gems and Genetics auction will begin, consisting of only 45 top-quality alpaca genetics offered from breeders nationwide. Whether you are looking for white or fawn, brown, black or gray, we will have just the right girl for you. Then, onto the Social!
On Sunday the 13th, please join us for a delicious breakfast and continuing educational programs with our foremost speakers, Dr. Renzo Morante who will present his ET (Embryo Transfer program) and experienced fiber judge, Winnie Labrecque, will continue her series on fiber. The day will delight you with more fun, exciting surprises and special herd sire breeding offers. Then, take a stroll through our Pen Sale which will be open at 9 am with more alpaca choices and find just the right alpaca to take home with you!
You can also make this a great weekend to travel. Visit the antique shoppes of Route 19, the Succop Conservancy, and the Jade museum of Butler. Or, simply visit nearby Pittsburgh and see a Penguins, Pirates, or Steelers game! The Carnegie museum is just a short drive away and the area that surrounds us is filled with fine restaurants, great shopping and the beautiful Three Rivers!
